How does the monthly subscription work?
You receive one 30-sachet box each month and an invitation to one TRINEX subscriber event each month. Your full first-payment and renewal totals, including delivery, are confirmed at checkout. To request cancellation, email [email protected] with your account details before the next renewal. Subscription management is also available through your account where supported. When will my order arrive?
Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. We do not dispatch at weekends. See our shipping information.
What if I need to return my order?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, notify us within 14 days after delivery, then return your order within a further 14 days. You cover change-of-mind return postage where disclosed before purchase; TRINEX covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly supplied goods.
